 I am licensed by the state of California as a real estate broker and a mortgage broker.  I hold an NASD Series 7 general securities license and am a Financial Planner as well as a Registered Investment advisor.

 

I have been involved in organized real estate since 1981.  I have spent many years on the board of directors of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and our local multiple listing service.  I was Realtor of the Year in 1991 and Board President in 1994 and 2007.

 

I bought my first house when a senior in high school.  I obtained a BS degree in Real Estate and have been representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties for the last 30 years.  I specialize in residential homes, apartment buildings and net leased investments.
